We aim to raise awareness and understanding that "ITS OK TO TALK", seek help, learn to cope and get on the road to recovery. We promote walking as good for the body, good for the mind.
What We Do
We do not offer 1:1 services but we can help individuals to seek the help they require.
We do provide a peer support walking group for those that seek to interact with like minded people in an informal setting.
Who We Help
Although we do not help on a 1:1 basis, we work with those in our walking group to a great success. We also organise and participate in fundraising events to raise awareness and help other charities and services in the mental health sector.
